This unique hilltop 1-bedroom villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a large corner balcony, a full-size kitchen, and spacious living areas with beautiful water and island views for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D8 sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a comfortable upper-resort setting with scenic views throughout the villa.
The villa features a spacious living area with a sofa, two chairs, and a TV, creating a comfortable place to relax after a day on the island. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stainless-steel refrigerator, glass cooktop, convection microwave oven, tile countertops, new custom cabinets, and bar-stool seating for 4. The elevated king bedroom offers plenty of storage space, and the villa also includes a queen-size Murphy bed for added flexibility, allowing the unit to sleep up to 4 guests. The bathroom includes a large shower.
One of D8’s standout features is the large corner balcony, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining for 4 while taking in the beautiful Caribbean breezes and water views. D8 is located in the upper section of the resort. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Complimentary shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily, and the resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
