What is your Cancellation policy? 

We suggest safeguarding your trip and considering purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Trip insurance is available for purchase when booking your vacation. However, if you choose to opt out of Travel Insurance, here is your cancellation policy: 

• For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, a refund is issued minus the resort service fee and associated taxes.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date. 

Is beach gear included with the rental? 

• The lobby shop has a variety of sunblock snacks and beverages. Small ice chests are also available for a small charge.
• Beach gear is available through watersports (Currently watersports is closed)
• Watersports gear and beach lounges are available at most beaches and through charter companies

Is there a fitness center nearby? 

• Yes, Point Pleasant Fitness is open 7am-7pm 

Are your villas air conditioned? 

• All our villas come equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, cool ocean breezes provide natural comfort.

Does Point Pleasant Resort have safe drinking water? 

• At Point Pleasant Resort, we produce our own drinking water through a rigorous reverse osmosis system. Our water undergoes daily testing by our team and monthly assessments by the EPA. We pride ourselves on maintaining top-notch drinking water quality, making us one of the few resorts in the US Virgin Islands to produce our own drinking water in-house.

Is Point Pleasant Resort all inclusive?

• While Point Pleasant Resort does not offer all-inclusive packages, we do feature two highly regarded restaurants on-site, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch.
• Grocery delivery service is available on our website. 
• Mobile Spa services are also available. 

Do you have any wedding packages? What’s included in them? 

• Point Pleasant collaborates with several esteemed island wedding and event planners. Additionally, Ocean 180, our fine dining establishment, extends wedding and event planning services.
