Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, C12 sleeps up to 4 guests and is just steps from the Waterfront Pool and Shoreline Bar & Grille, with parking only a few steps from the villa entrance.
The villa features a king bedroom with an in-suite bathroom and dual shower head, accessible through the bedroom and kitchen for added convenience. The spacious living area offers generous seating around a smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space with bar stools for dining in. Appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and other cooking essentials make it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The patio includes seating for four plus two lounge chairs, making it a great place to relax, sip a beverage, and enjoy the view of sailboats and jet skis passing by.
C12 is located in the middle section of the resort and offers easy access to the waterfront area, dining, and pool amenities. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
