This one-of-a-kind premiere 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a completely remodeled interior, and a stylish tropical design in one of the resort’s convenient middle-resort locations. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, B32 sleeps up to 2 guests and is centrally located for easy access to the resort’s amenities and services.

The villa features a king bedroom with a plush bed and multiple pillows, a renovated connecting bathroom with a large walk-in shower and beautiful tile work, and a comfortable living room with a sofa, two cozy chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Fresh paint, extra baggage storage space, and ceramic Sant’Agostino Italian porcelain flooring add to the villa’s updated feel. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar stool seating for two, while the indoor dining area seats 4 and can convert to 6. Guests can also enjoy romantic outdoor dining for 2 on the balcony while taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

B32 is located in the middle section of the resort, making it easy to walk to the resort lobby, activities center, pools, restaurants, and other guest services. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
