This premiere 1-bedroom middle-level villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, beautiful Water Bay views, and a completely renovated interior designed for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, B28 sleeps up to 2 guests and is conveniently located within a short walk of the resort lobby, activities center, guest laundry, and pools.
The villa features a king bedroom that opens into the living area, allowing guests to enjoy the views from bed, along with a renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower and decorative tile inlays that can be accessed from both the kitchen and bedroom. The comfortable living room includes a sofa, two matching chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The newly renovated full kitchen includes all new appliances and breakfast bar seating for two, while both indoor and balcony dining areas are set for four.
B28 also offers a private balcony with outdoor dining and beautiful views overlooking Water Bay, Coki Beach, and Thatch Cay. Parking is conveniently located across from the villa’s entry. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
