This top-floor Romance 1-bedroom villa offers privacy, natural light, and sweeping views of the Caribbean and surrounding islands. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, B14 sleeps up to 4 guests and is conveniently located just steps from the resort lobby, shop, activities center, and Terrace Pool.

The spacious interior features grand ceilings, island-inspired décor, a king bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which is also accessible from the kitchen area and includes a large step-in shower. The living room offers a flat-screen television, large armchairs, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The kitchen includes tile countertops, a 2-burner glass-top stove, microwave, and newer appliances, while the indoor dining area seats 4.

One of B14’s standout features is the large private balcony, which offers outdoor dining for 4, two lounge chairs, and breathtaking views of the surrounding islands, cays, the Caribbean Sea, and the Atlantic Ocean. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service is available throughout the 15-acre property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
