This near water-level, ground-floor 1-bedroom villa offers beautiful views of Water Bay, a relaxed open layout, and one of the resort’s most desirable lower-level locations. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, B10 sleeps up to 4 guests and is just steps from the Shoreline Pool and Sugar Beach, creating an easy and relaxing St. Thomas getaway.
The villa features a king bedroom with a sliding divider door for added privacy, a renovated bathroom that can be accessed through either the bedroom or kitchen, and a spacious living area with large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, cookware, and other essentials for preparing meals or enjoying cocktails in the villa. Indoor dining seats 4, and the outdoor balcony offers a table with seating for 3 plus a lounge chair for enjoying the breezes and ocean views.
B10 is conveniently located just steps from the Shoreline Pool and Sugar Beach, allowing guests to enjoy one of the resort’s most scenic waterfront areas with ease. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre resort property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
