Ideal for couples, A13 sleeps up to 2 guests and provides a comfortable setting for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway.
The villa features a king bedroom, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor living spaces with ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and patio. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
