This fully renovated Premiere Deluxe 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers comfort, convenience, and island-style luxury in one of the resort’s most desirable and convenient locations. With 2 full bathrooms and accommodations for up to 6 guests, A1 is an excellent choice for couples, small families, or guests seeking extra space and beautiful views.
The extra-large king bedroom includes terrace access and a private en suite bathroom with a large shower. A second full guest bathroom adds convenience for additional guests. The spacious living area includes comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a large TV. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and renovated kitchen, which features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating. The dining area seats four, and the large balcony offers lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and sweeping ocean and island views.
A1 is conveniently located just steps from the resort lobby, Terrace Pool, restaurant, and parking.
Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
