Welcome to suite F3, known as Seaspray Terrace, your very own Ocean view Caribbean Home away from home.
This premiere Ocean view suite is located on the top floor of High-rise building #1 (see map) at the middle level of the resort. This quiet location makes for a calming night’s sleep in the villa’s new queen-sized bed. You will wake refreshed, ready to enjoy the morning sunrise along with your favorite beverage on your private balcony. Ideal for newlyweds or anyone who is looking for unlimited privacy as the suite is nestled in the terrain, while still providing amazing breezes, and absolutely breathtaking views of Water Bay and the islands.
Seaspray Terrace offers a clean, casual, at home feeling with its newly renovated kitchen, featuring a full-size oven, stove, microwave, and countertops, as well as new tile floors, bathroom with walk-in shower, and updated furnishings. It is a short distance from the lobby and conveniently located near the lower pool and Sun and Sea Restaurant. The Middle and Hilltop pools are within a short walk on the resort or call for an onsite shuttle available 8 am to 12 am daily. Parking is near the entrance of the building.
St. Thomas features many wonderful restaurants within an easy drive or taxi ride. If you prefer not to go far, Point Pleasant has two restaurants onsite, Ocean 180 and Sun and Sea. You can also follow the signs to Pineapple Beach and the path to the Margaritaville Resort which is just adjacent to Point Pleasant! However, if you prefer al fresco dining on your terrace overlooking more than a dozen Caribbean islands, rest assured the newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs.
Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.
Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).
Ensuring your security and comfort, our resort offers 24-hour security, in-room safes, complimentary unlimited 100mb Wi-Fi, and resort cable TV. Front desk staff are on hand to assist with watersports and charter arrangements, adding to your memorable experience.
From our prime location, you can explore the beauty of St. Thomas and its sister islands, St. John, and Water Island, with activities ranging from hiking trails to snorkeling with turtles and swimming with dolphins.
Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.
To safeguard your trip, consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
