Sun & Sea Bar & Grill is our relaxed, open-air waterfront restaurant, located below the Shoreline Pool overlooking Water Bay, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bar and dining area are set on a comfortable open patio with sweeping water views, making Sun & Sea the perfect spot to enjoy classic island favorites, refreshing cocktails, and casual dining—from leisurely breakfasts to sunset drinks.

For a more refined yet comfortable evening experience, Lionfish Restaurant offers an upscale tropical Asian kitchen infused with a vibrant Caribbean vibe. Stylish and welcoming—without the formality of fine dining—Lionfish is ideal for guests seeking bold flavors, creative cocktails, and a lively atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy stunning ocean and down-island views, creating a memorable setting for evening dining.
