This renovated hilltop villa with free Wifi offers all the comforts of home and amazing hilltop views of Water Bay and beyond! The balcony has an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views. The large living area with sleeper sofa and TV provides the perfect place to relax during your stay while enjoying the island and water views. The living area opens to the indoor dining area with seating for four. The fully equipped and renovated kitchen offers all new appliances, granite counter tops, new custom cabinets, and bar stool seating for two. The elevated bedroom with king size bed allows for direct views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Accordion shutters allow for privacy between the bedroom and living area. The renovated bathroom offers a large shower and vanity area. Vaulted ceilings allow a spacious feel throughout this villa. The hilltop pool is located just around the corner. Parking is conveniently located steps away from villa's entry.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Ensuring your security and comfort, our resort offers 24-hour security, in-room safes, complimentary unlimited WiFi, and resort cable TV. Front desk staff are on hand to assist with watersports and charter arrangements, adding to your memorable experience.
From our prime location, you can explore the beauty of St. Thomas and its sister islands, St. John, and Water Island, with activities ranging from hiking trails to snorkeling with turtles and swimming with dolphins.

Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.

To safeguard your trip, consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
